Refund + Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unopened and in the same condition that you received them in. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return opened for store credit. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of arrival. The shipping cost of the return must be covered by the customer. Once we receive the item(s), we can provide a refund on the payment method used for the purchase.
*Please note that this only applies to purchases made on the aikenkamatcha.com website. If you have purchased from another retailer, please go to their site and refer to their return policy.
Shipping Policy
Within Canada
Shipping within Canada takes an estimated 1-14 business days depending on location. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. We will ship based on the method and carrier selected from the available options at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). Orders placed after noon Pacific Time on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed within 1-3 days from the following Monday. We will email you an order confirmation with tracking information. All prices are in CAD. Please contact us if you have not received your delivery
To the USA

We use DHL, USPS, UPS and FedEx for all deliveries and will ship based on the method you select from the available options at checkout.
Be aware that packages shipped to the U.S. may be subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at checkout. Aikenka Matcha has no control over these fees and they will be billed upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office to determine if any fees may be due ahead of time.
*Aikenka Matcha is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. We highly encourage you to include the route package protection on all purchases.
