Yoggu! Matcha Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
1 tsp Aikenka Matcha powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
Dash of vanilla extract & cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup milk of choice
Yoggu! yoghurt of choice
optional toppings
granola
berries
nut butter
Directions
- whisk 1 tsp of aikenka matcha with a splash of hot water into a bowl
- add two tablespoons chia seeds, milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and cinnamon
- give everything a good stir and let sit in the fridge for 15 min
- stir once more making sure there are not any clumps
- let sit for a few hours or overnight
- in the morning layer your chia pudding with Yoggu!
- top with granola and berries
