Mini Matcha No-Bake Cakes

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Whipping Cream

1-2 tsp Aikenka Matcha

Chocolate wafers of choice

Steps

  • Combine whipping cream and matcha. 
  • Top 3 chocolate wafers with 2 teaspoons Aikenka matcha whip and continue stacking with 4 layers. 
  • Ice the entire stack and refrigerate overnight
  • Wake up to a dreamy soft mini layer cake
