Mini Matcha No-Bake Cakes
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
1-2 tsp Aikenka Matcha
Chocolate wafers of choice
Steps
- Combine whipping cream and matcha.
- Top 3 chocolate wafers with 2 teaspoons Aikenka matcha whip and continue stacking with 4 layers.
- Ice the entire stack and refrigerate overnight
- Wake up to a dreamy soft mini layer cake
