Matcha Latte
Our Perfect Matcha Latte
1. Sift 2g of matcha into a chawan (tea bowl)
2. Pour in 2 ounces of 80°C/ 175°F water
3. Whisk vigorously until frothy
4. Add 4-6 ounces of water or milk of choice (we love some steamed oat!)
5. Find a peaceful space to savor with all of your senses
