Matcha Bread Waffles

Ingredients

  • Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2- 1 teaspoon Aikenka Matcha
  • Maple Syrup
  • Topping of choice. 

Recipe

  1. Crack an egg and whisk.
  2. Add milk to a bowl sift in about half of matcha. Whisk to combine. 
  3. Mix the matcha milk with the egg.
  4. Coat the front and back of the bread in the mix.
  5. Place slices of bread in heated waffle maker. 
  6. Serve with maple syrup, fruit, or any other desired toppings!
